I bought a gaggenau appliance the appliance itself works fine. The frustrating part was the after-sales support. Replies took forever, and I had to explain the same issue more than once, which got annoying. Booking the technician visit was harder than it should’ve been too, that part was weird for such a high-end brand. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for the price, I expected a much smoother experience.

"Is anyone else having oven temperature issues?"
I’m disappointed with my Gaggenau oven. The temperature never seems to match what I set it to, and it can run either too hot or too cool, so baking has turned into a bit of a guessing game. I even checked it with a separate thermometer, and it was off by quite a bit. For something at this price point, I really expected better. Has anyone else run into this, or is mine just a bad unit?

This cooktop has been working really, really well for me. It heats up fast, the controls are easy to figure out, and cleaning it isn’t a hassle at all. So far, I’m happy with it, really happy.

i mean, the appliances definitely feel solid and professional, so I get the appeal. But after using them every day, they’re kind of annoying. For the price, I expected the buttons to feel smoother and the setup to be a lot clearer

"Delivery was fine, just slower than expected"
I ordered from gaggenau.com and the delivery did show up okay, but it took longer than they originally said. The driver was nice and the item arrived in good shape, so no real issue there. The updates just weren’t great, and I kept wondering what was going on... Not a terrible experience or anything, just feels like it could be a bit smoother

"Looks great, but the cooling is hit or miss"
We bought a Gaggenau fridge thinking it would be a really solid upgrade, especially for the price. It definitely looks nice in the kitchen, but the actual cooling has been hit or miss from the start.

Some shelves get way too cold and have actually frozen things like salad, while the door area doesn’t feel cold enough. We’ve tried adjusting the settings multiple times, but it still never feels totally consistent.

i expected better. The design is great, but as a fridge, it’s been more frustrating than impressive...

I’ve had this for a few years now, it’s been frustrating. It looks good, but parts keep failing, and every repair costs more than I expected. On top of that, dealing with support made me feel like I was getting passed around from one person to another without much help. For the price, I really thought it would last a lot longer.

I was glad to find the spare part I needed, so that part of the experience was solid. The only downside was the delivery took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it worked out, but the wait definitely took some of the shine off.

The appliances themselves look really nice, and I’m happy with how they turned out. I guess I just assumed the dealer side would be a little more organized, especially at this price point. I had to follow up a few times for updates, and the delivery dates seemed to keep shifting. Everyone I spoke with was polite enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected

The appliances themselves work okay, but the smart features haven’t been the easiest to deal with. Setting things up felt more confusing than it should’ve, the app connection dropped a couple times, and some of the menus aren’t very clear. I also felt a little dismissed when I tried to get help, like it was just assumed I should figure it out on my own. It’s not a terrible experience, but for the price, I really expected it to feel a lot smoother.

I’ve been happy with this overall. The wash cycle is surprisingly quiet, like I can barely hear it running from the next room, and the dishes come out clean. The only thing I’ve noticed is that a few plastic items, especially cups and little lids, still have water sitting on them afterward. Not a huge deal, but the drying could definitely be a bit better

I bought a gaggenau oven a little while ago, and after using it regularly since then, I’m still really impressed with the build quality. From the first day, the door felt solid and heavy in a good way, the buttons didn’t feel cheap, and everything looked properly lined up. A few weeks in, it still feels just as new as when it was installed. not much to complain about, it just feels like a well-made, premium appliance

I really liked how this looked at first and it definitely has that more expensive appliance feel, but once I actually started using it the noise was way more than I expected and for the price I just figured it would be quieter and not something I’d notice every time it’s running.
